WELSH LESSON

In Welsh, “y” and “w” are vowels, and “ll” and “ff” are singular letters, so aren’t pronounced like an extended version of the singular letter. I cannot possibly explain to you what they sound like, and you could never even hope of pronouncing them.

I don’t live too far from Ynysybwl actually, it’s part of RCT.

Oh yeah, and how about Llanfairpwllgwyngyllgogerychwyrndrobwllllantysyliogogogoch. Actual Welsh town.

Now most of these are from stories I haven’t been able to work on individually (especially Jared fucking Jared), and they have several linking themes that could allow them to work together.

(The odd one out is Snuffles who is a sentient zombie being :/)

Anyway, they could work together, and I’d like to give that a shot. But I’m just unsure as how to get them into the same location. Still, if i get then to work, it could be fun.

(A lot of LGBTQ character arcs too; Drys is incredibly homophobic but also very gay, Damien is stuck in the closet, Addam is dealing with his first boyfriend, Daktali and Razzi are trying to settle down, and Joseph has… issues. So that’s a pretty big link. Well that was a pointless tangent.

I’m really lost as what to write. I’m obviously drawing Nameless, and I’ve been doodling bits of Ryn & Ashley when I have time but I don’t feel fulfilled. There’s certain things and characters I want to write; I want to write about Addam and Wolf, I want to write about Drys, I want to write about Lilac & Jared, and I want to write about Joseph too, I want to write about #1 and Danielle, about Damien & Snuffles, and Daktali & Razzi. There’s so many different people and ideas I want to write all at once, but I don’t know what to dooooo. There’s a bit of me wanting to smoosh it all together but that’s a dozen people from six different stories.

Arguably, they could all work together, having some similar themes between them, but the cast would be large and rather unwieldy. I just have no idea where to begin.

The more I think about it, the more I like the idea of writing these as a group, but ffff what am I doing /rolls around in angsty writerness/

Something I just found out: apparently Britain’s fattest teenager lives in my town. So my town is most famous for the brutal murder of a priest and obesity. Not to mention one of the lowest standards of education in the UK. Did I mention how much I love my town? /sarcasm
